Due to the nature of our products—many of which are used directly on the skin and are made with organic ingredients—we cannot accept returns or exchanges to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during the shipping process.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or
personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We’ll be happy to assist you with a resolution. In the case of damage or defects, we will gladly replace the affected products or issue a store credit.
